* All the units have to be reserved directly by you in order to offer the promotional rate.
* To secure the unit we require 25 % deposit and the balance must be paid 45 days prior to the arrival.

* Cancellation policy: (a) 25% of the full amount is non-refundable if the cancellation is made more than 45 days from the arrival date; (b) if the cancellation is made less than 30 days from the date of arrival the full amount is non-refundable.
